Review: the reason why the nmarol pan cooked the meat better has to do with the fact that there is more metal touching the bottom and sides on the nmarol pan.? Metal conducts heat very well verses air, which does not. If you would have cooked the perfect meatloaf pan meatloaf longer, it would have obviously been more thoroughly cooked, but also more of the grease would have come out and it wouldn't have been as juicy as it wouldn't have been sitting in it's own fat and drippings.
